After airbrushing the skin, and some extra highlights added to the lips, Color Balancing was used to cool the image, as well as Curves to brighten it. 2 solid white layers were added with textured paint brush to create the mask on the edges. Shadow/Highlight can be used to enhance the detail in the eyes.
