This one was definitely a challenge and took many revisions before deciding on this final composition. The clouds are composites of different cloud photos, choosing the correct whisp of cloud to stitch to each section, while hand drawing some clouds as a platform for the girl to sit on. The wings' details are enhanced with Shadow/Highlight. After all the composites, adding layer adjustment effects on top of everything helps unify the image into one. Some airbrushing on the skin helps create a more sculptural form instead of a flat color or shape.
